Shipping policy
Shipping:
We ship all our surf goods (including custom and stock surfboards) WORLDWIDE! We can guarantee the best shipping quote from our logistic partner. Shipping normally lasts between 1-3 working days. You therefore have the opportunity to follow your package via track and trace until it is delivered. Once you received the package, inspect the goods. If the package and / or content is damaged, please contact us immediately. The boards are packed in our high quality packaging carton boxes. The boards are optimally fitted to secure the safe arrival and to minimize shipping costs for you. Furthermore our Surfboard construction is super solid, so they are build to last long anyway - this makes shipping easier as well! Shipping fees depend on your destination:

The recipient is responsible for all customs fees, taxes and brokerage charges. Refused packages will be abandoned and will not be refunded. International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges. Please contact your local government for specific details. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. International customers are responsible for import fees.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is highly important to us to make surfing even more fun!
If you need to return anything, all items must be returned in the condition that they were received—NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. If the item is in perfect resalable condition and not a “FINAL SALE” item (listed below), you can return regular-priced goods within 14 days from when you receive them, for a comparable exchange or store credit (minus the return shipping cost).
- FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged: - SURFBOARDS – Surfboards are final sale because of the cost and difficulty to ship.
- ITEMS “ON SALE” – All items discounted below the original retail price are on sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Unfortunately, we do not accept online returns or exchanges internationally. For more information, please contact us.
- CUSTOMER ERROR
If an order is placed in error, the product total will be refunded once the products have been returned, as long as they are in perfect resalable condition deemed by us. The initial shipping charge and the return shipping cost will not be refunded.
- MISSING ITEMS
If an item is missing from your order, we will ship out the missing item right away at no charge to you, if we are notified immediately of receiving your order. Please note: this rarely occurs as we double check our orders before they are shipped.
- EXCHANGES
To exchange items, please include a written description of the new item(s) requested. Exchanged items will be sent only after the returned goods have been received and passed a quality control check.
